Welcome to Mrs. Zeigler's Class

Hello! My name is Jesycka Zeigler. I teach Theatre Arts at Walker Junior High and Monahans High School. ALL classes are performance based classes. You MUST perform to pass...BUT don't worry it's not as hard as you think! It is my job to provide and teach you the skills necessary to succeed in my class and the world. It is your job to take those skills and use them to the best of your abilitites in order to pass my class. As long as you TRY 100% of the time you will ALWAYS succeed in my class!

I am also the HS UIL Coordinator and coach High School UIL One-Act Play, Prose, Poetry, Extemporaneous Speaking, and Congressional Debate. I am the Troupe Director of TX Thespians Troupe #8186. TX Thespians is a part of the Educational Theatre Association and an Honor Society for students interested in Theatre. If you are interested in being involved in any of these activities please come see me in the Black Box Theatre at the High School. These events give you opportunities to meet and interact with students from other school's across the state of Texas and to represent Monahans HS at all levels of UIL Competition (District, Bi-District, Area, Regionals, and State).
