After 20 years of teaching and coaching, I moved into administration were I have been an Assistant Principal at the high school level for the past four years.

My wife Nikki and I have two boys. Tyler is currently attending Texas A&M University as a graduate student and Assistant Coach for the Men’s & Women’s Rodeo Team. Travis is a junior at Tarleton State University and on the Men’s Rodeo Team.

I have been in education for around 25 years. I am proud to be returning to Monahans because of its small town values and exceptional leadership and vision for our district. I guess you could say education is our famiily business, as my wife, both of her parents , my mother and now my oldest son chose this field as careers.
